Valuation

As experienced RICS Registered Valuers and Fellows of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV), we undertake Red Book Valuations for taxation and Charities Act purposes, as well as conducting internal valuations for estate planning and valuations for negotiation purposes.  We establish your exacting requirements and structure our advice according to the legislative and regulatory framework, giving you advice that is entirely fit for purpose at the right time.
